Work
Okay, no time at all today for blogging, so this is going to be short and sweet. I’m starting my new job today! As usual, I never blog about where I work, but I think it’s going to be a great job and I’m excited to start it, so off I go. Wish me luck!
And my thoughts continue to be with my friends on the East Coast who suffered through Hurricane Sandy. I’ve been in contact with people and it wasn’t pretty. Here’s a link to some other links that you can donate to and help Hurricane Sandy victims.
Please remember and stay tuned for the first week of December when I start my new Peoria blog! Have a great week!
Oh, I’m still loving the ice machine!

Damn, I just lost my post here. Ok, anyways, great you made it thru your first day of school without getting into a fight, and now its onwards and upwards. Josie's was remodeled the way all bars should be, leaving the heart and soul intact. Finding the exact wallpaper was unreal, a great idea. I have to throw a little Dion video here called, what else, Josie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sQqI7qMdSk
Best of LUCK Marty! Movin' On Up!
@Al: So far, so good! Josie's is a great bar, I'll soon be scouting out Al bars for you here in P-Town! Thanks for the Dion video, great tune!

Happy for you Marty. It must be a great feeling of peace, being in your position now. I hope to start my new job next month - hopefully I'm as happy as you.

@GENE: Ha ha ha! I hope you can surf the internet there! Good luck with the job!
Highly doubtful I can surf anything there - let alone the internet .... but I have my phone !
@GENE: All of a sudden I don't hate smart phones as much as I once did!
Yay! For new Jobs! I love my job, it is CRAZY but I don't think I would change that because I believe in it! That ice machine, is that in your new place?? Wow. Never a warm beer to be had. Heavenly!
@Ash Pungsnotded: Very cool that you have a job that you believe in, I feel the same way about mine! And yes, the ice machine is in the ground floor of my apartment building, I think it's the coolest thing ever!
Welcome back to the city that always sleeps.
Foster
@Mike Foster: Thank you! Email me your phone number when you get a chance.
I need me one of those date books! I love saying foreign words when I have no clue of their meaning. Tweede, for instance, would make me start singing "Tweedlee Dee" (and it has). And then the next part reminds me of an ostrich. Stefanitag? Gonna name my kid that. Polska? I'd love to! Substitute Bank Holiday in lieu of 26 December? Okay, I've got nuthin on that one. But, still. I like that book!
@Biff: "Polska? I'd love to!" Ha ha ha! You still gots it, Bifferoonie!
