Famous Bagel Buffet
It's always a long journey out to Coney Island, so I thought before I go, I'll stop at the Famous Bagel shop on 6th Avenue and get a bagel before I take the long trek.
And here we are at, The Famous Bagel Buffet! This place is just a few blocks from where I live and I've been coming here for years.
Here's the inside of the Bagel Buffet, very clean and everyone's real nice in here.
The bagels here are great and made fresh daily.
I got a sesame with butter and an orange soda, ahh, the breakfast of champions!
And now it's off to Coney Island, see you in about an hour or so, it all depends on the subway ride.

What, no beer?
With the beautiful sunny day we're having this is almost beach weather. Get suntanned ;)
I see you voted for the Mandarin candidate for breakfast drink. Hardy, har, har.
@Mykola Mick Dementiuk: I don't know if my body can handle a tan! This is the most I've been out in the sun in decades!
@csp: Where's that rimshot when you need it?
Is it a buffet, like serve yourself?? Can you put pineapple on your bagel if you like? Or shrimp? Just wondering..
@Spike:Ha ha ha! It's always cracked me up that they refer to themselves as a "buffet!"
A genuine bagel buffet would be cool. Sounds like an idea Kramer would come up with like make your own pizza.
@DaveW: Ha! It is a perfect Kramer idea, good one!
Bagel and butta..the best. Check out Brighton Beach too--great pastry shops and Russian Appetizing Stores And more.
@Melanie: I plan on going out to Brighton Beach, probably in the spring!
How in the world do you put a whole lime on a bagel? Maybe you just stick it in the hole.
@Biff: "The Lime in the Bagel" a great lost Harry Nilsson song!
